Lets make a Little bit of history, the band was born in the year 2008, how did it began and who accopanion you in that moment of creative explosión?
Tom-I was in a band briefly with Chas(guitar) and when that disbanded we wrote a few demos in his basement .We quickly realized we were onto something special. Chas was good freinds with Erric (bass) and brought him aboard .We met Rob through a series of ads we placed and Pat(Guitar) was also a mutual friend who was also avalable at the moment.
Susana-The band how at first two ep´s of six songs each, with very good critics. I know that from one of them came a very important song, like it is “Breaking Away”.
Tom-Our earlier songs were a bit more raw and we were finding our sound and what worked and didn’t .Thankfully the critics felt it was working .
Susana-Your first studio álbum, with 12 songs , debuted with the second spot In the Billboard chart, please tell us about the álbum, about its production, its musical a esthetics and about the relaunching with the two bonus tracks.
Tom-It actually was #2 for the week of 8/8/12 on Billboard Mid Atlantic Heatseekers. On our full length we had a better sense of what we wanted to do and the production was stepped up a bit as well .We also spread our wings writing wise and experimented with some different song styles and sounds . Since our audience had grown since our first 2 EP were released we thought it would be cool to add two of our favorite tracks from our eps to the full length as a bonus.
Susana-In 2013 the band changed the guitarrist, how did that change as far as the round, witch was the contribution of this new incorporation?
Tom-Pat was great and our brother but when DC replaced Pat it was a perfect fit .He gave us a bit of a kick in the ass and was refreshing . What he brings to the table compliments and adds to what was already there.
Susana-With the formation of the band consolidated, how did you live it last year as far as shows, recordings and video presentations?
Tom-This past year has been amazing.We released «The Wrong Side» music video and played some awesome shows as headliners and as openers for some ROCK legends .We also played in Puerto Rico for the first time .That was extra special for DC and I as we are both Puerto Rican .
Susana-We are a Latin American Media, there may be people who dont know about your band yet, is it in your plans to amplify your horizons and make your music and you message known in our land for example?
Yes that is the plan and we hope to spread the :::CODE::: and tour throughout Latin Amercia and the world!
Susana-What are the plans for 2016?
Susana-Would you like to meet Argentina?
Tom-Yes that would be amazing .We’ve heard it’s a beautiful country that also loves ROCK!
